Return & Order Policy – Beauty Lash Artistry Supplies

 

 

1. Return Policy

    

   • Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

   • All returns will be issued as in-store credit only.

   • No returns or exchanges on:

      

     • Liquids (primers, adhesives, removers, etc.)

     • Opened lash trays

      

   • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return.

    

2. Pickups & Deliveries

    

   • Orders must be picked up or accepted for delivery within 14 days.

   • If your order is not picked up or delivered within this time frame, it will be canceled and you will receive store credit equal to the value of your order.

    

3. General Notes

    

   • Store credit can be applied toward future purchases and does not expire.

   • We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
