📦 Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped the same day (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

 

🚚 U.S. Shipping (USPS Only)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

🍁 Canada Shipping

  • Standard USPS: 6–14 business days

  • DHL Express: 2–5 business days

🌍 International Shipping

  • Standard USPS: 6–21 business days

  • DHL Express: 2–8 business days

  • All U.S. orders are shipped exclusively through USPS.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

 

📦 Returned Packages Due to Incorrect/Insufficient Address

  • If your package is being sent back to us because of an insufficient or incorrect address, first contact your local USPS office to see if you can still claim it.

  • If not, please email us at beautylashartistry@gmail.com with your correct shipping address.

  • Once we receive the returned package, we will re-ship it to you and provide a new tracking number via phone or email.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping fees to have the package resent.
